The hotel is reachable through a tunnel from the Kleinmatterhorn valley station of the cable car. A lift will take the guests 30 metres up to the hotel. The largest ski and hiking area can be reached in a few minutes. The village centre of Zermatt is only a short walk away.

A transfer service is available from and to the train station, the taxi stand or the Zermatt Heliport free of charge upon request.

Zermatt is car-free. Access for private cars is only possible as far as Täsch (about 6 km from Zermatt). The road between Täsch and Zermatt is closed to private transport. From Täsch there is a shuttle train service, the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn, every 20 minutes.
