Blumental Hotel

The Blumental is a family-run, chalet-style hotel in the car-free resort of Mürren in the Bernese Oberland. It offers panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

This traditional hotel offers newly renovated rooms and is an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions to the Schilthorn and Jungfraujoch.

In winter you can use the public ice rink of the village for free.

The Blumental offers free access to the town's sports centre (swimming pool, jacuzzi).

Travel information

By trail:
Go to Interlaken and continue on the Bernese-Oberland-Railway (BOB) to Lauterbrunnen. Mürren can be reached via Lauterbrunnen by mountain railway
(Bergbahn BLM) or via Stechelberg by cable car.

Important information

Mürren is a car-free town and can only be reached by train or cable car, therefore cars will have to be left at the valley station.
