The Alpenblick hotel is a typical, quiet and small Swiss Chalet hotel in Mürren, offering superb views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains.

It is ideally situated close to the BLM railway station and is thus a great base for exciting excursions, for example to the Jungfraujoch, which is a UNESCO World Heritage area. The Sports Centre and the centre of Mürren are only a 5-minute walk away.

Travel information

By public transport:
- Take the train from Geneva, Basel or Zurich via Berne to Interlaken Ost.
- Take the Berner Oberland train (BOB) to Lauterbrunnen
- Take the Lauterbrunnen-Mürren train (BLM) to Mürren (20 minutes).
- The hotel is a 3-minute walk away from the station.

The last BLM train leaves Lauterbrunnen at 20:31 and arrives in Mürren at 20:51. Later, only the Schilthorn train travels to Mürren, stopping at another station on the other end of the village (15 minutes' walk to the hotel).

By car:
Mürren is a car-free village. It is recommended to leave the car in the car park at edge of the village of Lauterbrunnen, which is linked to the Lauterbrunnen-Mürren railway.
